This blend is formulated for adhesion to acrylic, treated polys, coroplast, and other various plastic materials.

A blend specifically formulated for adhesion to low dyne level (38+) substrates, particularly poleythylene, polypropylene, and coroplast.

KOLORCURE Sensitizers 3 & 7 are activators to be used to enhance cure rates of Kolorcure inks and coatings. While KOLORCURE screen inks and coatings are supplied “ready to use” there are certain conditions when the addition of these activators will be desired. Activators 3 & 7 serve as photoinitiators (light activated catalysts) that will assist the curing process when faster line speeds or thicker ink deposits are required.

Thinners 1 & 2 are low viscosity reactive diluents for use in viscosity reduction of KOLORCURE UV curable screen inks and coatings. Thinner 1 can be used when flexibility needs to be maintained and Thinner 2 will help with adhesion and film toughness. Thinner 3 is a low viscosity reactive diluent for use in the viscosity reduction and cure speed enhancement of KOLORCURE UV curable screen inks and coatings. Thinner 9 is a low viscosity diluent for use in KOLORCURE Thermoform inks.

KOLORCURE® Adhesion Promoters are designed to improve product performance on difficult substrates. There are several different Adhesion Promoters listed below which aid the proper ink to get better adhesion to the appropriate substrate. While KOLORCURE screen inks and coatings are supplies “ready to use” substrate conditions sometimes change and the addition of the Adhesion Promoters may be required.
